ROLE SUMMARY The Product Supply Regulatory Manager will be responsible for the compliance and regulatory activities related to the sustainability of the factory and the supply chain in Saudi and GCC and also for supporting the assessment, development, implementation, and maintenance of the labeling for each SC Johnson product marketed in Saudi & GCC. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Regulatory Area: • Maintain regulatory compliance for marketed Air Care and Home Cleaners products including product maintenance, such as: manufacturing or labeling variations, renewals. • Ensure all the products and labels comply with the local regulatory and product standard requirement. • Ensure all activities are aligned with Johnson`s global quality systems. • Ensure proper translations into local languages for labels; and ensure compliance of labels with local regulatory regulations. • Perform periodic reviews of label in REGULUS. • Ensure the maintenance of complete archive of all regulatory related documents according to local and global retention guideline. • Reviewing and updating all systems related to Product Supply regulatory activity. • Working on regulatory documents for submission to SASO. • Develop, review and update Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) 2. Ensure that all imported items (RM, PM, Air Care FG, Home Cleaners FG) conform to country regulations including compliance to country product standards including SASO and GCC equivalent bodies. 3. Maintain comprehensive understanding of all requirements related to product compliance and registration for Air Care and Home Cleaners; where applicable within Saudi and GCC. 4. Provide support in getting import permission and custom exemptions for RM, PM and FGs. 5. Reports to the Management any changes on the existing rules or any new regulations or law that may affect the Saudi or GCC countries’ businesses. 6. Ensure that all imported products registered with SGS or Intertek or BV. 7. Ensure timely submission of Gulf/Levant regulatory requirement. 8. Schedule and prepare for all Permits and Licenses at least three months before expiration date to ensure that SC Johnson Saudi business is uninterrupted. 9. Ensure all Permits and Licenses are granted or renewed on time (Customs Clearance, Duty Exemption, Industrial Permit, Civil Defense and Modon).
