Job Description:

Identifying Training Needs for employees from Performance Appraisals, Talent Development plans, interview evaluations job requirements.

Prepare a consolidated Training Need Analysis (TNA) report for the group.

Develop a training road map keeping in view the TNA report

Analyze & shortlist the training institutes that can cater the group’s training requirements

Assist Talent Acquisition & Development Manager in finalizing the potential training institutes

Assist Talent Acquisition & Development Manager in identifying and selecting potential in-house trainers

Actively involved in curriculum design and course customization as per the TNA in consultation with course facilitator, concerned Department Head and Talent Acquisition & Development Manager

In case of external training institutes, maintain a complete track record of corporate memberships, getting them renewed as and when required

Acquire maintain and issue training calendars/ materials for in-house and out-sourced training events in local and overseas

Administer in-house, outsourced and online trainings with various training institutions both local & overseas

Update all training records in HRIS/Training Log & Personal Files.

Coordinating with Finance department for timely payments to the trainer’s / training institutions

Measuring training effectiveness immediately after the training sessions

Compiling training feedback

Maintaining a track record for measuring effectiveness after approximately 6 months of the training

Assist Talent Acquisition & Development Managerin development of training plan for Saudis through partnership with Doroob and HRDF

Skills:
