Job Description:

 Supervise and monitor the activities of the Industrial Coordination and key accounts wherestaff receive industrial requests for new services (New Applications), lodging complaints, reporting service failure, Utility Approval requests.
 Approve all new accounts insurance for properly registered and billed.
 Ensure all UAR is processed within agreed KPI'S.By monitoring the UAR tracking sheet.
 Develop and enhance SAL's with concern departments (FP, BU CPO and Projects).
 Ensure visitation plan is carried over by coordination team and implement the outcome to build and maintain strong relationships with customers in order to deliver increased customer satisfaction.
 Ensure provision of technical support to customers in order to help them better understand offerings and the additional services available to them.
 Ensure response to customer problems and complaints in the appropriate timescales, as stipulated in Connection and Service Agreements, in order to meet customer expectations and contractual agreements.
 Ensure smooth coordination with internal functions on behalf of customers, in order to provide a seamless, end-to-end service in resolving issues.
 Liaise with the Royal Commission on occasion, as delegated by the Manager, in order to have development proposals approved.
 Review andensure approval on timely manner of UUA agreement with customers.
 Organize and supervise the activities and work of a small team of subordinates to ensure that all work within the coordination and key accounts team is carried out in an efficient and procedurally compliant manner.
 Recommend improvements to departmental procedure and direct the implementation of instructions and controls covering a specific area of Customer Coordination activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers.
 Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management procedures and controls within the Customer Coordination activity to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
 To carry out business initiatives and any required projects executions to lift up services provided to customers.
 Executes periodic reviews of operational processes to ensure that they are being conducted according to defined policy and procedure.
 Present all required activities report for weekly department and function meetings.
 Supervise, motivate and support coordination team to accomplish their tasks and yearly targets.
 Conduct weekly performance meeting with Coordination Staff to ensure section performance.
 Ensure industrial customer compliance to UUA requirements.
 Any Other duties that is assigned from time to time.
Skills:
