SCOPE AND IMPACT OF POSITION ON THE ORGANIZATION:
Business development of showrooms and Over The Counter (OTC) channels to achieve annual sales targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Deliver Sales targets on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis, as per given annual target.
- Act proactively with high level of credibility and responsibility towards management reporting.
- Product Display program initiation in the markets as per corporate Identity (CI).
- Product mix which shows all new and existing products are properly displays
- Product placement at right area.
- Proper branding and pricing.
- Proper training and assessment of sales persons
- Effective preparation, use and implementation of promotional offers for sell in and sellout
- Proper updating of all above points in Custom Relation Management (CRM).
- Proper stock evaluation in order to make right offers which helps to liquidate.
- Development and appliance of comprehensive framework of company territorial policy and course of action.
- To oversee all marketing activities through effective planning, strategizing, timely decision making, providing guidance, supervision and motivation to the entire team.
- Align with Marketing on advertising and promotional ideas to help liquidation of stock at OTCs and Showrooms.
- To maintain and develop governmental and public-private relations throughout the territory.
- Analyzing market trends and drawing up feasibility analyses of different markets.
- Drawing up business development and brand building plans for new opportunities.
- Set and Achieve sales targets combined with sales teams.
- Make recommendations to implement the sales strategies to maximize sales and increase market share.
- Provide timely feedback on current market situation and sales outlook.
- Develop and suggest plans for up selling mechanism.
- Nominate new and committed points of sales across the territory and study sale patterns.
