Business development of projects channels to achieve annual sales targets.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Annual Project Channel Sales Target :
- Weekly / monthly and quarterly monitoring Annual Target achievement.
- Attending to all Internal Sales calls and actively participating.
- Maintaining corporate reporting system.
- Create specification and related quotations to be approved by line manager.
- Reporting on daily basis with line management.
Project Channel Pipeline Target :
- Daily monitoring Project Pipeline input per channel.
- Lost / Won / Live / Leads / Conversion rate.
- Identify new opportunities within channels and suggest actions.
Corporate Conversion Rate Target :
- Monitoring Daily Conversion rate vs Corporate Standards.
- Conversion rate is directly related with Sales Achievement vs Targets.
Business Development for Channel Targets :
- Follow Market Segmentation based on Project Channels of:
- Hospitality / Housing / Healthcare / Government.
Sub Channels are also available to target:
- Hospitality: Hotels / Attraction Parks / Museums / Airports etc.
- Housing: Residential Projects / Palaces / Landmark Mix complex (e.g. Burj Khalifa).
- Healthcare: Hospitals / Clinics / Rehabilitation Centers etc.
