  • They are urgently looking for a Metro Access Coordinator to work in Riyadh.



Duties & Responsibilities :



  • Coordination and management of access arrangements to specific sites where more than one organisation is going to work (Track sections, stations, station rooms, depots, secure rooms, etc).

  • Convert project/construction activities and high level plans into tangible access requirements.

  • Assess access strategies, programme and identify additional access opportunities and propose a cost and time effective way forward.

  • Support and advsie the construction teams by identifying safe working practices.

  • Develop and deliver collaborative and innovative solutions to access and railway interface problems.

  • Coordinate working times and shift patterns.

  • Receive access requests applications from the construction entities.

  • Resolve conflicting access requests at first instance and escalate if required.

  • Prepare, update and publish Weekly and Fortnightly Look Ahead documentation for Access Control.

  • Attend/ Chair Access Planning and Coordination Meetings.

  • Assist the planning and scheduling of works and resources so as to optimize delivery.


Skills:

Experience and Qualifications :
  • +10 yrs experience.
  • Ability to work in a times constrained environment and make effective, considered decisions.
  • Ability to communicate across all levels.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence in decision making.
  • Western Education with experience in a Western country.
  • Willing to work 60 hours per weeks (10 hrs/day, 6days/week).
