Job Description:


  • Be responsible for managing the enhancement of a consolidation and reporting process: acceleration of the closing, improvement of the quality, introduction of

  • Ensure that the Team work products meet the needs and expectations of clients are clear,accurate and well-presented.

  • Ensure work is delivered timely and in compliance with client high level of expectation and time constraints.

  • Propose strongly documented solution and be able to implement and deliver the recommendations

  • Work with other work-streams (IT, IFRS specialists, Oil&Gas expert, Transaction activities,

  • Management Accounts) to provide an integrated service delivery.


Skills:

  • A bachelor's degree and in finance / accounting / marketing. Masters would be preferred.
  • At least 4 years of experience working on consolidation and reporting topics:
  • Audit of complex consolidation process
  • Involvement on consolidation and reporting transformation projects: new tool implementation, process review due to an IPO or a carve-out, new IFRS standard implementation,
  • Outsourcing of the preparation of consolidated financial statement for Middle Market Groups
  • Assistance of consolidation teams in world class companies
  • Facilitation of trainings (internally and/or externally)
  • Strong Knowledge on the consolidation software BPC
  • Strong advisory mindset to influence and guide the client to become a world-class consolidation activities
  • Oil & gas industry knowledge and experience as a baseline requirement. Power & utilities knowledge and experience as an advantage.
  • Strong technical skills in IFRS and consolidation process.
  • Strong team working skills with the ability to work with different people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice, as necessary
  • No incompatibility to work in Saudi Arabia during the time of the project
  • Keen to develop technical and other attributes of assigned team members.
