Job Description:

Our client, a Real Estate Management company for residential property in the western region of Saudi Arabia requires a Customer Service Manager to join on a residential basis in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.


Skills:

The main purpose of the position is to develop and implement process and procedures to improve operational efficiency. You will conduct business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services and alert the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients. Manages the customer service operations, which deals directly with customers and is the first point of contact. Develops, tracks and reports key performance measurements for the unit.
Suitable candidates will have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in hospitality or real estate in relationship management or account management roles. You must be able to speak Arabic.
