Job Description:

Ignite Selection require a Business Development Manager for a leading EPC with over 1500 employees.

You will report to the Vice president and be responsible for identifying and delivering new business opportunities via various methods including acquisitions/Joint ventures and partnerships. You will also be responsible for building relationships with existing clients 

Duties include:



  • Develops the Business Development function’s strategic goals, business plans, budgets and resources in coordination with the VP.

  • Develops adequate policies and processes for the Business Development function to maintain efficient operational excellence.

  • Works towards achieving the Business Development function’s strategic goals and reports progress to executive management.

  • Identifies new projects, including new geographies, and ensures that newly identified opportunities are in line with risk management and strategies.

  • Identifies and establishes new clients for potential business opportunities and maintains strong and close relationships with existing clients.

  • Coordinates with Estimating & Bidding function in proposal preparation and submission.

  • Provides input and analysis to ensure competitiveness of services to assist in achieving the anticipated growth targets for 

  • Contributes in defining and improving services through market analysis and specialized surveys.

  • Conducts and periodically updates research and benchmarking of global and regional contracting companies to identify emerging / leading practices and expand business capabilities and market penetration.

  • Manages the process of developing detailed acquisition proposals and terms to acquire an organization, unit or capability.

  • Conducts performance evaluation processes for the Business Development function’s employees to cover

Skills:

You will be degree educated and have proven experience of delivering & winning business for an EPC in a similar field (power stations, T & D, sub stations)
KSA Nationals are being considered, and you must be fluent in English also.
