Job Description:

• Assistant to MD (Female - Saudi National only) - Al-Khobar, KSA (SAR. 11000)

• Overview: 

• Responsible to assist primarily the MD & also the Business Development team

• Arrange Meetings/ Events & Travel

• Prepare Correspondence, reports, presentations and like

• Maintain Files & File Structures

• What you will enjoy doing (Responsibilities):

• Provide day to day administrative support to the MD 

• Prepares a variety of high quality, written agreements, memos, letters & other documents

• Prepares, edit & distribute itineraries, letters, memo and keep track of events & meeting

• Working with the global team to set up Clients key account management program 

• Preparation of market intelligence report focusing on Clients business globally 

• Organization of meetings on executive level and preparing meeting discussion summaries in advance 

• Arranging travel & business appointments, schedule meetings & making arrangements for the MD 

• Performs secretarial duties as assigned from time to time, like taking minutes of meeting

• Screens incoming & outgoing correspondences & responds independently when possible

• Maintains an efficient flow of correspondence & other administration issues, using an effective filing system & referencing

• Carry-out routine duties in professional manner

• Forward/ reply to emails received at generic email ID

• Support in preparing reports and presentations related to business development

• Any ad hoc tasks assigned by the line manager



Salary:



AED 11000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. 


Skills:

What makes you great (Qualification/Competence): 
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the relevant discipline
• 3-5 years of relevant job experience in own subject area/environment of medium complexity
• Understanding of strategic customers’ organization and changes and update the organization of possible implications on business
• Adaption of the new tools (SalesForce) which will help the business development team in their daily tasks 
• Review of market data through reliable market intelligence sources
• Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and professionalism in all communications, actions and decisions.
• Compliance with laws, regulations and internal guidelines /policies. 
• Dealing with conflicts of interest. 
• Anti-corruption Compliance.
• Confidentiality/protecting company secrets.
• Should be well experienced and dynamic to work closely with the Team.
• Should possess exceptional organizational skills, ability to excel under pressure, with excellent Communication, written and interpersonal skills, and should have a confident personality.
• Should have the ability to work under minimum supervision.
