Job Description:

To lead execution and monitoring of projects to accomplish business specific objectives and enhancements, plus ensuring coordination of activities to achieve targeted implementations. This will be accomplished through utilizing Project Management skills set. Under the direction of the departments leadership, ensure full engagement of all initiatives from the idea stage, through and including closing out. Areas of project focus can include business tasks and initiatives, monitoring and reporting, stakeholders’ management and coordination.

Roles and Responsibilities




  • Major functional areas of responsibility (such as Personnel Management, Analysis/Reporting, Project Work, Customer Service, Budgetary Responsibilities, etc.) in descending order of importance. Within each function, specify more basic tasks that compose the function.

  • Oversee and administer project deliveries.

  • o This includes, but is not limited to, managing all projects from inception to delivery. This will include completing plans and follow-ups, as well as shepherding requirements gathering sessions and validating that full requirements, are documented clearly and as expected.

  • Documentation

  • o Create and maintain meeting agendas, minutes, and manage takeaways and assigned deliverables. Responsibilities will also include, maintaining project plans, creating project timelines, and tracking progress.

  • Project navigation

  • o The incumbent will be required to navigate project. This includes, as an example, managing prioritization of tasks, conflicts, stakeholders, and tasks. Key functions will include ability to utilize Project management tools to deliver quality work.


Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Management or equivalent experience
• 5 years of overall Project Management experience
• Ability to create and manage project timelines, tasks management
• PMP Certification
• Mastering use of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Projects, EPM
